Trust Machines - Stalking

“Hey Tina, have you seen Joel anywhere?” Penny asked her friend worriedly as they walked from cheerleading practice to study hall.  “I thought he was just off skiing with his folks this weekend, but when they got back they said they hadn’t seen him and thought he was with me...”

“Bah,” said the blonde.  “What are you doing still mooning after him after what he did?”

Penny shook her head in confusion, sending her dark curls bobbing.  “What?  What are you talking about?”

“I heard from Rochelle that Candace’s brother said that Joel was stalking you.  What a creep, he should just take no for an answer.”

“Stalking me?”  Penny’s eyes went wide, then she started to giggle.  “No, he wasn’t stalking me, he got himself Venned into stockings for me.  So I could wear him for my chem final on Friday.  He didn't have any finals Friday, so he figured he could skip study hall to help me.  It made me feel so much more positive, and I think I aced the test.”

“Oh,” said Tina weakly.  “I... um, well, I...  See, I thought it would be kind of cruel and ironic and...”  She sighed and hung her head.  “I tricked him into the Venn Machine by saying I'd make him something nice for you, and swapped him for your cheerleading leggings.”

Penny’s eyes popped even wider.  “But we’ve had like... two sweaty practices since then.  Worse, I left him in my locker all crumpled and sweaty all weekend!  Ewww!”  She started running back toward the locker room, with Tina on her heels.  “I just hope he’ll still be my boyfriend after what you’ve done!”

“I’m sorry!” said Tina as she hurried after her friend.  Once she caught up with Penny in the locker room, she continued apologizing, then mused, “I suppose I should have guessed when it was so easy to get him into the Venn Machine as a gift for you.”

Penny hugged her sweaty leggings to her chest.  "I am so sorry, Joel.  We'll make it up to you somehow."

"We?"

"You're the one that put him in this position.  You owe him that much.  Say, a day as whatever he wants?"

"But... but half the class is going on a ski trip tomorrow.  I was looking forward to that!"

"Skipping out on study hall, are we?" asked a stern voice from behind the two girls, causing them to spin about quickly.

"Sorry, Mrs Dworkin.  We just need to get Joel restored and we'll be right..."

"Study hall.  Now.  If you hop to it, I’ll overlook your admissions about planning to skip out  tomorrow."

They went, Penny clutching the transformed Joel to her chest.  As they entered the classroom, Penny hissed to Tina, “How long until he changes back?”

“Oh, ages.  Silly boy didn’t even see I’d set it for a month.”

“Tina!”

Mrs. Dworkin shushed them, and that was that.  Penny had two more exams coming up, so she sighed and set to studying, Joel sitting crumpled in her lap.  From time to time she’d pet him, promising silently that when the day was over she’d get him back to normal.

That was the longest study hall Penny had ever endured.  When it was over, she rushed off to the mall with Tina, with her Joel-leggings flapping in the breeze like a banner.

“You’re not really going to make me let him change me, are you?” whined Tina as they waited in line for the Venn Machine.

“He spent the weekend stuck in a locker because of you!”

“You’ve spent time as pom-poms.  It’s not all that bad, is it?”

Penny blushed.  “It’s... actually a lot of fun, when you’re being shaken all about.  I might have kind of deliberately been last once or twice just so Coach would let you change me.  But you always changed the pom-poms back after practice, you’ve never left them lying around for days.”

“Hm.  I’ll have to keep that in mind...”

“Tina!  No, it’s mean.”

“And turning people into pom-poms isn’t?”

“Has anyone complained?” asked Penny, softly.

“Well... now that you mention it...”  Tina’s eyes widened.  “Do they all like it?  Seriously?”

“Yeah.  It’s... exhilarating and relaxing all at the same time.  Plus, we don’t have to do any of the work.”

Then they were at the front of the line, and Penny put Joel in one side of the Venn Machine.  He stumbled out and straight into her arms a few moments later, and she hugged him tight.  “I’m so sorry sweetie.  Tina thought you were stalking me, not...”

Joel started to laugh.  “Oh, that’s rich.  So she turned me right back.  How long has it been?”

“You were stuck the whole weekend in my locker.”

“Really?  Weird.  It only felt like a few minutes.  I guess I slept through it all.”

Penny smiled with relief.  “You’re not mad?”

Joel snuggled up against her.  “At being on your legs through a couple cheerleading practices?  Oh heck no.  I’d do it again any time.”

Tina started to edge away, then got pinned by Penny’s gaze.  “What?  He’s happy, I don’t need to keep my promise.”

“What promise?” asked Joel.

“I promised Penny I’d let you change me for a day to apologize for my mistake.”

“Apology accepted,” said Joel.  “Come on.”

Tina found it very hard indeed not to use the Venn Machine when she stepped inside, her duel reflexes sang out to change Joel into a bra, or shoes.  Instead she waited, tapping her feet nervously.

“Sorry,” apologized Joel.  “I’ve only done this once before.  But I hope you have a nice time tonight.”

“As?” Tina asked, but then she was falling to the floor, tangling and twisting silkily against herself.

A minute later, Joel scooped up a pretty green hair ribbon, and tied it through Penny’s hair.  “There.  The perfect accessory for the perfect girlfriend.”

Penny admired herself in the mirror by the Venn Machine.  “And she even matches the school colours.”

“C’mon.  I haven’t seen you in days, it seems.  Up for an impromptu date?”

“While wearing Tina?  Oooh, yes.”

The next morning, Tina stumbled blinking from the Venn Machine to find Penny and Joel grinning at her.  “So?” asked Penny.  “How was it?”

Tina shivered, wrapping her arms around her body.  “What the hell did you do to me?  I’m practically going into withdrawal, here.  God, that was...  What the hell was I?”

“Hair ribbon,” said Joel, simply.

“I was touching more than hair,” protested Tina.

Joel smirked, and Penny blushed, but did admit that it had been fun for her, too.

“Does it always feel so good?  Every movement felt like... like...”  Tina’s hands started to rub at her breasts.

“Tina!  Joel, what did you do to her?”

“I...  Wow, I didn’t expect this.  I’d heard that you can make the transformation more pleasurable, so I tried it on her.  I think I overdid it.”

“No kidding.”  Penny grabbed Tina’s hands before one could make it into her panties.  “Snap out of it, Tina!  We’re in the mall.”

Tina whined, but got her hands under control.  She looked around guiltily, but the mall was nearly deserted.  “What time is it?”

“We’ve got half an hour before school.  The ski trip leaves in ten, if you rush you can make it.”

“But I don’t have my ski suit, I’d have to go home for it.”

Joel looked overly contrite.  “Oh dear, we hadn’t thought of that.  I guess we’ll have to help out however we can.”  He set the Venn Machine for sixteen hours, and pulled Penny into one side with him.

Tina stepped into the other side cautiously.  Joel and Penny were snuggled against each other, already kissing.  “You... both of you?  As a ski outfit?”

Penny broke the kiss long enough to say, “As a one-piece.  We want to be together.”

“Wicked girl.  I like how you think.  Oh, Joel... how did you do that heightened pleasure thing?”

“Once you’ve settled on a design, say ‘more pleasure’ and pick the nearest bubble that pops up.”

“Just once?”

“I... uh, might have done it three times.  I wanted to make sure I got it right.”

Tina’s eyes seemed to glow.  “Oh, you got it right, alright.”  She repeated the phrase six times, tapping as she went.  Joel and Penny’s eyes got wider with each one.

“Ready?” asked Tina, sweetly.

“Give us a few seconds,” said Joel as he turned to Penny and pulled her into a ferocious kiss.  Then the change was on them, and thought and touch were washed away in bliss.

“Earth to Penny.  Come in, Penny.”  Tina stared at the comatose couple on her bed, wondering if she’d made a horrible mistake.  The convulsions had stopped quickly, but she’d expected they’d wake up now that they were human once more.  She’d have been more worried if it wasn’t for the blissful smiles on their faces.

It took a glass of water to the face to snap them out of it.  Sputtering and coughing, both of them sat up.  Penny was the first to compose herself.  “What was that for?”

“You changed back, but... you wouldn’t wake up!  Do you even remember what happened?”

Penny and Joel shook their heads.

“I... There was the kiss, then...”  Joel shook his head again.  “I can’t remember.”

“Wow.  I really, really overdid it.  Pity.  I was hoping you’d be willing to stay in my wardrobe a bit longer, like I was with the hair ribbon.”

Penny grinned wickedly.  “Oh, really?  So you’d like to be a hair ribbon again?  Teased through these lovely curls?”

“Penny...” Tina said in a pained voice.

“Or was it the part where you were used as a toy to tease and pleasure me?”  Penny slid her hands down her sides, then cupped her breasts, watching how Tina’s gaze was fixed on her.  “You can’t imagine yourself as anything else.”

“No,” moaned Tina, unable to look away.  “It hasn’t gotten weaker.  I spent the whole day thinking of nothing but being your ribbon.  Please...” she begged.

Penny licked her lips, grinning victoriously.  “Oh, yes.  We’ll do it.  Come on, Joel.”

By the time they’d made it to the mall, Tina was trembling so violently that Joel had to support her as she walked.  Once they were at the Venn Machine, Tina pulled herself together and tapped the display three times.  “There,” she said.  “Three days.”  She pushed Joel toward one side, and darted into the other.

As Joel stepped into the machine, Penny called out, “Wait!” but it was too late.  She stared at the closed doors, and the display spinning between them.  It wasn’t set for three days, Tina had lied.  It was set for three years.

Penny paced in front of the machine, fretting.  Had it all been a trick on Tina’s part?  What was she doing to Joel in there?   Why was it taking so long, anyway?  When Joel stepped out of the machine unchanged, she cheered, then stared into the other side.  Slowly she stepped forward, and picked up the simple green hair ribbon.  “Oh, Tina.  I’m going to wear you every day.”

“That was the point, wasn’t it?  Keep her happy for the next three days, and... well then what?  She’s going to be even more hooked when this wears off.”

Penny tied the ribbon into her hair, making sure to stroke it multiple times as she did so.  “Oh, I don’t doubt that.  How the mighty Tina, terror of the cheerleading squad, has fallen.”  She sighed.  “Still, I can’t keep her forever.”

“Three days isn’t forever.”

“Three years might as well be.”

Joel’s eyes went very wide.  “She’s stuck for three years?  Yeah, her mind will be mush by the end of it.”

“She’s not stuck.  Well, unless I don’t change her back.  Then yeah, she’d be stuck.  But I’m going to change her back, just...” she smiled up at Joel. “Not tonight.  C’mon, let’s go have some fun with her.”

Joel sighed at the sight of Penny teasing the ribbon between her fingers.

“What?”

“I can’t believe I’m jealous of a ribbon.”

Penny giggled, and teased a finger up Joel’s ribs, making him shudder.  “I’ll turn you into one for my exam on Thursday, then.  And keep you like that all weekend.”

Joel grinned.  “You’re going to end up with a collection of once-human ribbons.”

Penny’s eyes lit up.  “I might, at that.  A different colour for every day of the week.  Which day do you want?”

Joel pulled her into a tight hug.  “All of them.”

“Good answer.  Come on, let’s give Tina a good send-off, then we can change her back and see to setting you up for Thursday.”

“Are you really going to change her back so soon?”

Penny nodded, then hesitated.  “Well... maybe after taking a victory lap at school tomorrow.  Definitely by tomorrow night.”

“You’re not going to change her back.”

“Of course I am!  Just... she’s the one who set it for three years.  I mean, it’d be cruel to change her back too soon, right?”

“Indeed.  But she has classes Monday.  I think she should be there for them.  And not as a ribbon.”

Penny sighed, and nodded.  “Monday.  I’ll turn you both back on Monday.  Promise.”

Joel grinned.  “That’s my girl.  C’mon, let’s go play with your ribbon before I end up in your hair.”
A silly little bit of fluff that ended up longer than expected, and got moved to a familiar part of the setting since it wasn't hard to imagine it happening there.
